Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 3 days. If you are unsatisfied with the purchase product within the first 3 days simply contact me.

To be eligible for a replace/refund/partial refund the following are required:

*a photograph of the unused product in the original packaging.

*the reason that you are unsatisfied with the product.

*the amount of replace/refund/partial refund that you are requesting.

*Your full mailing address.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your request is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a replacement or refund business check will be mailed to you within 5 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your approved refund within 10 business days via USPS, please contact me at:

Replacement items must be picked up within 5 days after approved replacement.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us with information on how the food was defective or damaged.
