Hor d’ Oeuvre Reception Menu
Bacon Wrapped Dates – Delicious caramelized dates with a bacon wrap.
Parmesan Spinach Roma Tomato cups – Roma half filled with a creamy spinach parmesan filling and topped with shredded parmesan.
Mini Grape Stuffed Cheese Balls – two bite size sharp cheddar cheeseball with a grape inside then rolled in roasted pecans.
Tomato Pesto thin crust Pizza Wedges – Tortilla pizza’s with fresh basil pesto and tomato sauce topped with mozzarella & parmesan.
Pimento Cheese Crescent Finger Sandwiches – “Signature” pimento 3 cheese spread tucked in a crescent sealed finger sandwich.

BBQ Sliders – Shredded smoked pork loin “Signature” BBQ sauce sliders.
Mini Chicken Gallentine – Chicken breast stuffed with a roasted pecan stuffing and covered with a bechamel’ sauce.
Mac N Cheese Muffins – Muffin size mac n cheese hor d oeuvre.
Mushroom Bruschetta – Sourdough toast points with pesto, mushrooms, & parmesan cheese.

Pimento cheese bar (add $3) – Traditional Pimento Spread, Bacon Pimento Spread, & Chive Pimento Spread served with sourdough toast points & mini buttermilk biscuits.

(Note: the number of items for each hor d oeuvre depends on the item. i.e. Cheddar Sausage balls is 3 per serving, Chocolate Strawberry Fondue is 3 Strawberries per serving, Mini Chicken Galantine is 1 per serving, etc…)
Caterer provides: Caterer provides: A complete “ready to serve” buffet set-up, buffet disposable chafers, trays, & servings utensils.

*All drop off catering delivery meals are custom created and priced per person based on the menu selected. Catering Drop Off Services are available for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch and Afternoon Gatherings.
*All necessary disposable plates, flatware, & napkins are available at cost from me at $3.50 per person if requested.
Client provides: Plates, napkins, flatware, and Beverage.
Caterer provides: A complete “ready to serve” buffet set-up, buffet disposable chafers, trays, & servings utensils.
*Delivery fee applies to the subtotal and is based on travel time.
