Herb Crusted Pork Roast– Slow cooked pork medallion with an herb flavor sensation glaze.
Southern Mac & Cheese– A creamy blend of four cheeses and topped with a bread topping.
Glazed Carrots– Peeled and wedged carrots tossed in a caramel glaze.
Gourmet Tossed Salad– Romaine, cheddar, roasted almonds, croutons, bacon, tomato & onion. Choice of Peppercorn Ranch or Bleu Cheese dressing.
Fresh Bread
Dessert (Choice of 1 of the two desserts)- Red Velvet Pound Cake Or Chocolate Mousse.
