First Fruits Kitchen now offers upscale catering “drop-off” for weddings in Knoxville Tennessee.

After a 30 year career in the East Tennessee wedding industry I have noticed a shift in wedding celebrations. Many wedding receptions are simply an intimate gathering of friends and family. Even though your reception my be intimate, food quality does not have to be compromised.

Today’s couples are mostly looking for a causal settings, non-pretentious decor, and a fun after wedding celebration.

First Fruits Kitchen offers gourmet “house made” food menus. My kitchen offers “farm to table” when available, “signature” recipes, and a tremendous variety of menu services.

At FFK my catering is customized using your ideas and favorites. I do not take short cuts when preparing food items. Each menu item is handcrafted to the best taste that I can deliver.

Drop-off service means you and your guests will have the ability to enjoy the delicious meal offering at your leisure without a rigid schedule of set serving times.

With FFK clients can choose the ‘no hassle” drop-off service that offers everything disposable using wire rack food warmers. Your Gourmet meal drop-off will be delivered at your specified time, set-up as you have specified, and ready to be enjoy by all guests.

At no additional charge, FFK will place food items in your display pieces if you choose to rent display chafers, trays, etc.. Or if you have display pieces FFK will set-up the buffet as you specify.
