Roast Au Poivre– Black Pepper studded beef roast glazed with a Bing cherry chutney sauce.

Whipped Potatoes– Creamy baby Yukon potatoes blended with sour cream & butter.

Vegetable Medley– Steamed zucchini squash, shredded carrots, and mushrooms.

Spinach Salad– Fresh baby spinach tossed with bacon, roasted pecans, & parmesan cheese with raspberry vinaigrette.

Fresh Bread

Dessert (Choice of 1 of the two desserts)- Red Velvet Sheetcake Or Italian Cream layer Cake.
