Creamy Mashed Potatoes– simmered creamer potatoes mashed with butter & sour cream.
Traditional Green Beans– an East Tennessee recipe, slow simmering green beans with a touch of onion, smoked ham, with cracked pepper seasonings.
Gourmet Tossed Salad– Romaine, cheddar, roasted almonds, bacon, tomato, croutons, & onion. Choice of Peppercorn Ranch OR Honey Dijon dressing.
