*Spanakopita – Hand stuffed and wrapped traditional Greek phyllo pastry with a feta spinach filling.
*Fresh Fruit Skewers – 5 inch skewered with seasonal fruit.
Dinner Meal
*Parmesan Spinach Buffet Salad – Baby spinach leaves tossed with shredded parmesan, roasted pecans, and “signature” raspberry vinaigrette.
*Lemon Pesto Chicken – a chicken breast baked and covered with a creamy ricotta lemon pesto basil sauce.
*Chef’s Gourmet Meatloaf– a classic Italian gourmet meatloaf with a tomato balsamic glaze.
* Whipped Yukon Potatoes– a creamy whipped baby Yukon potato using sour cream, butter, and whole milk.
*Parmesan Corn Casserole– “signature” corn casserole with melting parmesan cheese.
*House-made Bread Selection. Chef’s 3 varieties of the week.
*Beverages- Flavored Iced Tea and Flavored Lemonade with bar garnishes.
Includes: disposable dinner plates, complete flatware, Hoffmaster dinner napkins, and cups.
$43.00 per person + 15 % buffet service gratuity (no delivery charge) Minimum 50 PPl.
