Cocktail Hor d Oeuvres’ Hour
*Bacon Wrapped Dates – Delicious caramelized dates with a bacon wrap.
*Crab Stuffed Mushroom Caps – Blue Lump Crab cake seasoned cheese stuffing cooked in a mushroom cap.
Goat Cheese & Jam Bruschetta – Sourdough toast point wedge covered with a goat cheese spread and drizzled with blackberry jam.
Dinner Meal
*Caprese Buffet Salad – Sliced ripe tomatoes, fresh mozzarella , fresh basil leaves, drizzled with seasoned Olive oil.
*Petite Beef Filet & Jumbo Shrimp – Whole grilled seasoned tenderloin and sliced (med), with sauteed’ butter Shrimp.
*Pesto Fettuccine- Cooked to perfection pasta tossed in fresh pesto & Olive oil.
*Garlic Rosemary Baby Potatoes – A seasonal blend of baby Yukon and Red potatoes tossed in Olive oil, seasonings along with garlic and rosemary.
*Caramel Glazed Carrots -fresh carrot wedges cut on a large bias then steamed and covered in a house-made caramel sauce.
*Parmesan Spinach Casserole- Incredibly seasoned spinach tossed in a parmesan cream filling.
*House-made Bread Selection. Chef’s 3 varieties of the week.
*Beverages- Flavored Iced Tea and Flavored Lemonade with bar garnishes.
Includes: China plates, Stainless Flatware, & Beverage Glassware. (disposable 17 “Hoffmaster” napkins available upon request).
$58.00 per person + 15 % buffet service gratuity (no delivery charge) 50-100 ppl.
