Cocktail Hor d Oeuvres’ Hour
*Caprese Bruschetta – sourdough crostini layered with pesto, diced roma tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.
*Grape Stuffed Cheeseballs – Our signature sharp cheddar cream cheese ball with a sweet grape inside and tossed in roasted pecans. Skewered and served with grape clusters.
Dinner Meal
*Gourmet Tossed Buffet Salad – freshly diced Romaine lettuce with roasted almonds, bacon, cheese, diced tomato and “signature” croutons. Choice of 2 house-made salad dressings.
*Pork Diane – tender pork roast medallions marinated and covered in a traditional French Diane sauce.
*Rosemary Beef Roast – melt in your mouth tender marinated roast steak that is slow cooked to perfection.
*Garlic Rosemary Baby Potatoes – A seasonal blend of baby Yukon and Red potatoes tossed in Olive oil, seasonings along with garlic and rosemary.
*Caramel Glazed Carrots -fresh carrot wedges cut on a large bias then steamed and covered in a house-made caramel sauce.
*Southern Green Beans- Slow simmered green beans with smoked ham & onion.
*House-made Bread Selection. Chef’s 3 varieties of the week.
*Beverages- Flavored Iced Tea and Flavored Lemonade with bar garnishes.
Includes: disposable dinner plates, complete flatware, Hoffmaster dinner napkins, and cups.
$49.00 per person + 15 % buffet service gratuity (no delivery charge) 50 ppl. minimum
