*Charcuterie Tray – imported and domestic gourmet cheeses, summer sausage, nuts, fruits, vegetables, grapes, jam, salami, pepperoni, hummus, with sourdough toast points, bagel chips and cracker selection.
*Pimento Cheese Bar – 3 types “signature” traditional Pimento cheese, bacon Pimento cheese and chive Pimento cheese. Served with fresh sourdough toast wedges and mini-buttermilk biscuits.
*Mini 4″ Chicken Galantine – rolled chicken breast stuffed with a roasted pecan cornbread stuffing and covered with a nutmeg béchamel cream sauce.
*Feta Spinach Phyllo Cups – “muffin-size” flaky phyllo cups that have been handcrafted, baked, and then filled with a creamy feta parmesan spinach filling.
*Gouda Grape Skewers – Freshly cut Gouda cheese on 6″ skewers with a grape selection (best seasonal selection).
*Mini Crabcakes – 2 bite-size “New Orleans-style” lump crab handcrafted cakes. Baked.
Cheese Burger Sliders – Small square buns filled with a beefy cheesy filling with added dill pickle and Dijon mustard.
Includes: disposable cocktail buffet napkins, forks and cocktail-size plates.
