Buffet Menu:
*Charcuterie Tray – imported and domestic gourmet cheeses, summer sausage, nuts, grapes, jam, salami, pepperoni, hummus, with sourdough toast points, bagel chips and cracker selection.
*Whipped Potato Martini Bar – fresh whipped baby Yukon potatoes with side green onions, bacon, sour cream, cheddar cheese and butter.
*Mini Spanakopita – handcrafted traditional Greek phyllo with feta spinach filling.
*BBQ Meatballs – handcrafted Italian meatballs marinated with our “sgnature” BBQ sauce.
*Fresh Fruit Skewers – seasonal fresh fruits on a 6-inch skewer.
Includes: disposable cocktail buffet napkins, forks, spoons, martini cups and cocktail-size plates.
Priced at $32 per person.
Minimum 30 guests for this package.
