Sapphire Hors D’oeuvres Package

Buffet Menu:

*Bacon Wrapped Chicken Bites – tender marinated pieces of chicken breast wrapped in bacon, then sprinkled with brown sugar, baked and WOW flavor!

*Domestic Charcuterie – domestic cheese selection paired with apple wedges, grapes, crackers and pepperoni slices.

*BLT Deviled Eggs – a traditional tasting filling with added cream cheese, bacon and diced tomato on a bed of baby spinach leaves.

*Mini Chicken Salad Biscuit – “signature” chicken salad recipe with relish cubes, roasted almonds, chives and craisins. Then scooped into a fresh baked buttermilk biscuit.

*Black Bean Hummus – “signature” recipe blending with olive oil, fresh garlic, sesame oil and some “Cajun herbs”. Served with sourdough toast points.

Includes: disposable cocktail buffet napkins, forks and cocktail-size plates.

Priced at $27 per person.

Minimum 50 guests for this package required.
