Cocktail Hour Hors d’oeuvres:
*Caprese Bruschetta – sourdough crostini layered with pesto, diced roma tomatoes, mozzarella and basil.
*Gouda Grape Skewers – freshly cut Gouda cheese wedges on a 6-inch skewer with a grape selection; our best seasonal selection.
Dinner Meal:
*Pork Diane – tender pork roast medallions marinated and covered in a traditional French Diane sauce.
*Rosemary Beef Roast – melt in your mouth tender marinated roast steak that is slow cooked to perfection.
*Cheddar Whipped Baby Yukons – a creamy whipped baby Yukon potato using sour cream, butter, sharp cheddar cheese and whole milk.
*Caramel Glazed Carrots – fresh carrot wedges cut on a basis then steamed and covered in a house-made caramel sauce.
*Gourmet Tossed Salad – Freshly diced Romaine lettuce with roasted almonds, bacon, cheese, diced tomato and “signature” croutons. Choice of 2 house-made salad dressings.
*Bread Selection
Includes: disposable dinner plates, complete flatware, Hoffmaster dinner napkins.
