*Lemon Pesto Chicken – a chicken breast baked and covered with a creamy lemon pesto basil sauce.

*Rosemary Beef Roast – melt in your mouth tender marinated roast steak that is slow cooked to perfection.

*Whipped Baby Yukon Potatoes – a creamy whipped baby Yukon potato using sour cream, butter and whole milk.

*Steamed Broccoli – broccoli wedges seasoned and steamed to perfection.

*Gourmet Tossed Salad – freshly diced Romaine lettuce with roasted almonds, bacon, cheese, diced tomato and “signature” croutons. Choice of 2 house-made salad dressings.

*Bread Selection.

Includes: disposable dinner plates, complete flatware, Hoffmaster dinner napkins.

This can be an upscale meal with custom rental packages for china, silver chafers, flatware, etc. This meal is perfect for a wedding reception or “high profile” dinner gathering. Knoxville catering is now available along with Maryville catering and Sevierville catering.

We have catered similar menu items at wedding venues across East Tennessee. Heavy hors d’oeuvre menus are great for a casual laid back reception with mingling, dancing, grazing, drinking, etc.
